Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead management reporting, financial control, budgeting, settlements, cash-flow planning, and
• Oversee finance across multiple entities, currencies, products, merchants, and payment methods.
• Partner with Data, Development, Treasury, and executives to turn complex financial info into
• Replace manual processes with automated, scalable reporting and workflows.
• Own P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, plan-vs-actual reporting, and forecasting in a fast-growing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, with at least 3 years leading a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments/PSP/acquiring/EMI or high-volume transactional businesses.
• Experience building/transforms financial processes, moving from manual Excel to automated data
• Experience managing multiple entities/currencies and intercompany operations.
• Hands-on ownership of financial statements and forecasting; ability to define metrics and unit
• Knowledge of payment flows, settlement cycles, fees, refunds, chargebacks, FX, and transfers.
