Head of Finance / CFO

📋 Description

• Lead consolidation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow across all entities.
• Manage financial and management accounting to IFRS standards.
• Coordinate annual external audit with auditors in Cyprus.
• Drive implementation of a new accounting/reporting system with automation.
• Manage tax planning aligned with corporate goals and local regulations.
• Develop internal controls, financial policies, and procedures to support growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior finance/accounting experience in fintech/payments/high-volume industries.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus accounting, tax and regulatory frameworks.
• Expertise in audit coordination, financial reporting systems, and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of revenue models based on payment flows, commissions, and transactional income.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; ability to present insights to the Board.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
