Head of Finance Data, Reporting & Systems

📋 Description

• Lead regional FP&A reporting, analytics and performance framework.
• Deliver insights on revenue, margins, productivity, costs and ops.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term planning.
• Develop and enhance driver-based forecasting models.
• Drive dashboards, KPIs and management reporting across ERP, BI and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or related.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• 5-8+ years FP&A, finance or analytics experience.
• Proven leadership and senior stakeholder influence.
• Advanced Power BI skills; data modelling, DAX, dashboards.
• Experience with Oracle or ERP reporting; SQL advantageous.
