Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee all aspects of Pika's financial operations, including accounting, FP&A
• Build and manage scalable financial planning, modeling, and forecasting processes to guide
• Develop and drive the company's financial strategy, including long-term planning, fundraising
• Direct timely and accurate month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, statutory audits, and
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as GAAP and internal
• Monitor key financial indicators and provide proactive insights on risks, opportunities, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance leadership, including experience managing a finance team in a
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, accounting principles, and business
• Broad experience managing full-stack finance functions, including budgeting, treasury, compliance
• Strong track record of supporting fundraising, investor reporting, and board deliverables
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organization and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence presenting to C-suite
