Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own the general ledger and monthly US GAAP accrual close using QuickBooks Online, delivering
• Manage bank, payment processor, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations, prepare accruals
• Manage end-to-end customer invoicing for annual platform subscriptions and prepaid AI agent credit
• Reconcile product usage against purchased and remaining credits, oversee accounts receivable and
• Prepare monthly revenue schedules in accordance with ASC 606, covering subscription revenue
• Calculate sales commissions, resolve discrepancies, maintain commission capitalization schedules

🎯 Requirements

• At least nine years of finance experience, including four or more years in a B2B SaaS business and
• Demonstrated ownership of the US GAAP monthly close, rather than review-only responsibilities, is
• Direct experience managing a hybrid commercial model combining subscriptions or platform fees with
• Practical experience with prepaid credits, usage billing, overage billing, and designing or
• Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 for subscription and consumption-based revenue, including
• Experience with order-to-cash and accounts payable processes involving US customers and vendors.
