Head of Finance (f/m/d)

📋 Description

• Own budgeting cycle end-to-end with KPIs
• Build cash forecast; report burn rate and runway
• Update board and investors on performance and KPIs
• Lead equity rounds: modelling and due diligence
• Manage M&A due diligence, models and integration
• Own banking relationships and treasury policies

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in-house finance; VC-backed SaaS/PE; 3+ yrs leadership
• VC-backed financing rounds post-Series B
• Robust financial models for multi-entity, multi-currency
• Familiar with DATEV/Stripe/Spendesk and ERPs (NetSuite)
• Own forecasting and budgeting cycles end-to-end
• English fluent; German strongly preferred
