Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Own management reporting across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, plan-vs-actual, and
• Build budgeting and forecasting cycles; oversee cash-flow forecasts and scenario planning.
• Design and operate a robust financial control framework with reconciliations and approval workflows.
• Oversee settlements, multi-entity/currency operations, and intercompany processes.
• Partner with Data, Development, and Treasury to automate reporting and improve financial workflows.
• Lead and develop the Finance team to scale across markets and currencies.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance; at least 3 years leading a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments, acquiring, EMI, banking, or high-volume transactional business.
• Experience moving from manual reporting to automated data pipelines.
• Strong P&L, cash flow, forecasting, and KPI definition skills.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliations, and financial controls (SLA, audit trails).
• Proficient in English; ability to communicate with international partners and executives.
