📋 Description

• Design and implement a flexible, multi-jurisdictional banking network for international digital
• Identify, negotiate with, and onboard strategic financial partners, including leading banks
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms, including transaction fees, payment terms, foreign exchange
• Establish backup banking relationships and alternative payment channels to ensure uninterrupted
• Manage multi-currency liquidity, working capital, cash pooling, and treasury operations across a
• Oversee complex international transfers through SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and other payment networks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or Head of Treasury in fast-growing
• A proven track record of opening corporate bank accounts and establishing efficient payment
• Deep knowledge of international AML/KYC principles, cross-border compliance, and regulatory
• Practical experience managing multi-currency funds, foreign exchange exposure, financial settlement
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex relationships with banks, legal
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), with the ability to lead detailed, persuasive negotiations
