Head of finance system M/W

📋 Description

• Guarantee governance, performance, and evolution of the Finance information system
• Collect needs from Finance teams (accounting, FP&A, Order-to-Cash) and translate into
• Convert specifications into tailored configurations in ERP and other tools: configuration
• Challenge requests, propose alternatives, and recommend most relevant solutions to make Finance IS
• Ensure coherence of application map and fluidity of data flows between tools
• Define and carry the Finance IS roadmap aligned with company strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or equivalent) with specialization in IS
• 5-10 years of experience in consulting firm or IT services company, with implementation or
• Solid understanding of financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, treasury) and strong command
• Fluent English: regular exchanges with international teams
• Natural leadership, prioritization sense, and ability to convince without hierarchy
• Pedagogy: ability to simplify complex topics and passion for doing so
