📋 Description

• Set the financial crime product strategy. Build financial crime controls, own the product roadmap
• Lead and develop Financial Crime Product Owners. Establish clear ownership of product areas and
• Prioritise improvements with Operations, Compliance and Engineering. Examine the underlying
• Translate control requirements into product designs and acceptance criteria with the relevant
• Improve how financial crime capabilities connect across the customer journey. Address gaps in data
• Assess opportunities to build or buy capabilities with Engineering and relevant partner teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant product management experience in financial crime, regtech or compliance technology
• Strong working knowledge of financial crime controls: customer due diligence and KYC, sanctions and
• Understanding of AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements across several jurisdictions
• A track record of owning a roadmap and delivering with Engineering, writing clear requirements and
• Experience making build-or-buy decisions and managing third-party vendors, including integration
• Hands-on experience delivering automation or machine learning in a regulated setting, with defined
