Head of Fixed Income and Structured Products (including AMCs)

📋 Description

Lead EXANTE's fixed income, structured products and AMC distribution for professional and HNW clients. Remote work with global reach.

• Product strategy for fixed income, structured products, and AMCs.
• Counterparty network: identify, negotiate and onboard issuers/partners.
• Team build-out: size, composition and sequencing per plan.
• Cross-functional cooperation with Compliance, Risk, Ops, Treasury and Tech.
• Financing solutions: collateral use and financing against portfolios.
• Product governance: PRIIPs/KID and conduct rules across entities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–20 years in fixed income and/or structured products distribution.
• Cash bonds and structured products background; AMC experience preferred.
• Established counterparty and client network.
• Hands-on leader who closes tickets.
• Regulatory knowledge: MiFID II, PRIIPs/KID; UK/Asia regimes.
• P&L ownership experience.
