Head of Fixed Income and Structured Products (including AMCs)

📋 Description

• Build and run FI, structured products and AMC distribution for pro/HNW clients.
• Embed end-to-end workflows with Compliance, Risk, Ops, Treasury and Tech.
• Develop financing solutions, incl. collateral use and portfolio financing.
• Own the PRIIPs/KID and conduct rules, plus suitability framework.
• Define product strategy, distribution model, pricing and target segments.
• Identify and onboard issuer/distribution partners; own relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–20 years’ experience in FI and/or structured products distribution.
• Cash bonds and structured products background; AMC experience preferred.
• Established counterparty and client network.
• Player-coach; closes tickets personally before scaling the team.
• Desk-building track record; experience building or running a desk.
• Regulatory knowledge: MiFID II, PRIIPs/KID, UK/Asia regimes.
