Head of Fixed Income and Structured Products (including AMCs)

📋 Description

• Product strategy for fixed income, structured products and AMCs.
• Build and manage issuer/distribution partner network.
• Hire and scale the team per plan.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Treasury and Tech on workflow.
• Develop financing solutions using collateral against portfolios.
• Govern the suitability framework and PRIIPs/KID across entities.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–20 years in fixed income/structured products distribution at private banks or sell-side.
• Cash bonds and structured products background; AMC experience preferred.
• Established counterparty network with clients.
• Player-coach; close tickets personally before scaling.
• Desk-building track record; running a desk is a plus.
• Regulatory knowledge: MiFID II, PRIIPs/KID, UK/Asia regimes.
