📋 Description

• Own the Marro product development strategy end-to-end, setting long-term vision and architecture
• Own palatability performance and define what winning looks like, measure it rigorously, and keep
• Own the Marro budget for trials, palatability and sensory testing, external specialists and
• Be the leading expert on feline nutrition, ingredients, formulation, processing, palatability and
• Sign off product quality and claims, so we can stand behind everything we say, and work with Brand
• Make the call on trade-offs between nutrition, palatability, quality, cost and manufacturability

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in feline nutrition, ingredients, formulation, processing, sensory and palatability.
• Great product judgment: balance nutrition, palatability, quality, customer expectations
• Experience shaping product strategy, not just delivering against a roadmap.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with the food: tasting, running trials and evaluating product yourself.
• Scientifically curious, love getting into the evidence and working with specialists.
