Head of FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead three core pillars of FP&A: Financial Business Partnership with all functional leaders
• Lead the global financial planning and analysis function, overseeing the development of
• Serve as a primary strategic advisor to the Executive Team, delivering data-driven insights and
• Direct the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes to ensure alignment between departmental
• Architect and champion the implementation of advanced BI tools and financial systems (BigQuery
• Lead Finance involvement in M&A acquisitions, directly supporting financial due diligence (FDD)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• 15-20 years of progressive financial experience, with significant senior leadership experience in a
• Expertise in financial modeling, three-statement analysis, and strategic valuation
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Sage or comparable)
• Highly skilled in Google BigQuery and data ingestion pipelines; experience with Looker is a plus
