Head of FP&A

📋 Description

• Define roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across FP&A.
• Hire, mentor, and retain high-performing finance talent.
• Ensure a single source of truth across financial data and reporting.
• Lead periodic reporting to management, board, and investors.
• Own end-to-end planning: budget, targets, and monthly forecasts.
• Develop and maintain the operating financial model with rolling forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a relevant finance field.
• Proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience running FP&A cycles (reporting, budget, planning) and board-ready materials.
• Strong business acumen with ability to communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset to build FP&A team and partner with business leaders.
