📋 Description

• Lead managers and senior operational experts across multiple markets.
• Own delivery for capital calls, distributions, treasury ops and investor services.
• Drive quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
• Coach fund operations professionals through complex operational and legal challenges.
• Set priorities, allocate capacity, and scale with company growth.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to automate manual work and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership in fund administration, PE, VC, or similar.
• Experience leading managers and building high-performing teams across multiple markets.
• Strong expertise in fund operations: capital calls, distributions, investor servicing, treasury.
• Systems mindset with automation and scalable operating models.
• Experience partnering with Product & Engineering to improve tooling and direction.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team communication.
