Head of GenAI Products, EMAP

📋 Description

• Own regional GenAI product strategy and roadmap for EMAP across Ascend and Fraud
• Own commercial performance of GenAI portfolio including revenue growth and margins
• Translate GenAI capabilities into clear customer value propositions and monetizable offerings
• Lead discovery of high-impact GenAI opportunities across customer journeys and internal product
• Define use cases with clear value hypotheses, success measures, and risk considerations
• Drive productization of GenAI capabilities into market-ready, revenue-generating products

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years as Senior Product Manager / Principal PM / Product Leader
• Experience owning business outcomes or product portfolio performance
• Strong grounding in product discovery, productization, and outcome-based prioritization
• Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts, patterns, and limitations
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into commercially compelling offerings
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to different audiences
