10+ years in compensation or total rewards for global orgs.
Deep expertise in comp design: salary structures, job architecture, leveling.
Experience managing equity compensation programs (grant admin, reporting).
Strong business and financial acumen; translate data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
Experience with HR tech stacks (Rippling, Remote, Carta).
