📋 Description

• Lead Global GxP Compliance & Quality Systems team.
• Drive enterprise-wide quality strategy across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure effectiveness of Sobi's Global Quality Management System.
• Oversee the quality system to meet current GxP and regulatory reqs.
• Establish budgets, timelines and supervise quality processes.
• Provide strategic leadership to GxP teams and drive company-wide compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree in pharmacy or related field (Engineering, Chemistry).
• 15+ years in pharma with global Quality, Manufacturing or Regulatory affairs.
• 10+ years of leadership experience.
• In-depth GMP, GCP and GVP knowledge.
• Experience with QMS digitalization (e.g., Veeva).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-border collaboration.
