📋 Description

• Lead Global GxP Compliance & Quality Systems team
• Drive end-to-end quality and compliance across the product lifecycle
• Ensure QMS effectiveness at global and local levels
• Oversee the quality system to meet GxP and regulatory requirements
• Set budgets and timelines; supervise quality processes
• Provide strategic direction to GxP teams for company-wide compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Master degree in pharmacy or related field
• 15+ years pharma global Quality system experience
• 10+ years leadership experience
• Deep regulatory, GMP knowledge; GCP/GVP experience
• Experience with digital QMS (e.g., Veeva)
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management
