Head of Global Inventory Control & Strategy

📋 Description

• Own book vs. physical accuracy targets across all global nodes
• Shrink control frameworks — identifying, quantifying, and remediating inventory loss at every point
• Execute the global cycle count cadence strategy
• Oversee counts and audit protocols across all facilities and 3PL partners
• Own the inventory adjustment governance model
• Drive cross-functional root cause analysis on systemic variances across all functions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in inventory control, fulfillment operations, or supply chain at a high-volume retailer
• Experience maintaining SOX compliance for inventory processes, including control documentation and
• Deep WMS expertise, having configured, audited, and conducted troubleshooting of WMS inventory
• Proven ability to build global or multi-site SOPs from scratch and drive adoption across
• Strong analytics literacy: you can write SQL, build a reconciliation model in a spreadsheet, and
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and holding external partners accountable
