• Align cross-functional stakeholders to prevent ramp disruptions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling technical capability programs in hardware manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production ramp-up/industrialization for rapid operation.
• Demonstrated ability to create competency frameworks and certification pathways.
• Hands-on credibility with production operations (AIT/integration/test, QMS, logistics).
• Experience setting up or running a training center/academy in manufacturing.
• Experience with LMS, content management, analytics, and modern learning design.
