🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree (PhD) or PharmD.
10+ years in pharma/biotech Medical Affairs/Publications.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Deep knowledge of scientific/ethical standards and regulations.
Fluency in English; other European languages a bonus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; MS Office and Pubstrat familiarity.
