Head of Global Payments Business

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, growth, and execution of the global payments business.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Analytics, and Tech.
• Define priorities, roadmap, operating models, and growth initiatives.
• Build and scale cross-border payment solutions (collections, payouts, remittance, stablecoins).
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and partners to drive growth.
• Oversee operations, settlement flows, liquidity management, and service performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, remittance, or digital asset industries.
• Proven experience leading a business unit, product org, or payments business with outcomes ownership.
• Strong understanding of payment products, cross-border payments, payment infrastructure, and operational processes.
• Experience managing Product, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Strong commercial acumen to translate opportunities into scalable products and growth.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and global payment regulations.
