• 10+ years leading recruiting operations, systems, and enablement teams in global, high-growth
• Demonstrated success in translating overarching business goals into comprehensive recruiting
• Deep expertise with modern recruiting and AI platforms and global hiring compliance across multiple
• Strong leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership
