📋 Description

• Lead government cyber integration for OpenAI for Government.
• Coordinate strategy, testing, trusted access, deployment, policy, and security.
• Chair cross-functional team to align owners and decisions.
• Translate government requirements into product, research, and deployment asks.
• Represent OpenAI to senior government and cyber-defense stakeholders.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard government cyber talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior cybersecurity, cyber operations, intelligence, or national-security leadership roles.
• Deep credibility with NSA, CISA, CYBERCOM/CNMF, CAISI/AISI and allied agencies.
• Understand government cyber missions, procurement paths, and accreditation.
• Ability to move between cyber ops, frontier AI evaluation, product strategy, and security controls.
• Comfortable advising without owning all reporting lines; cross-team alignment.
• Distinguish evaluation signals; explain uncertainty; base deployment decisions on findings.
• Executive presence to represent OpenAI for Government externally.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
