Head of Group FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead the Group's budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning processes.
• Coordinate planning activities across Finance and wider business teams, ensuring plans are aligned
• Establish consistent financial planning assumptions, frameworks and governance across the Group.
• Support strategic planning and key business transformation initiatives, providing financial
• Own Group-wide staff cost and operating expense (opex) budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with People teams and functional leaders to support accurate headcount planning and

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
• Proven experience operating at a senior FP&A or commercial finance leadership level, with
• Experience gained in a fast-paced, commercially focused business, ideally within consumer-facing
• Strong experience leading annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-range financial plans
• Experience working with senior leadership teams, with the judgement and confidence to challenge
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key performance
