📋 Description

• Define growth strategy and drive user acquisition across channels.
• Lead a team of 3+ and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data, track metrics, and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify activations.
• Report to the CEO and align with Voodoo central growth team.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years driving growth for consumer digital products (social media or mobile apps).
• Strong grasp of mobile growth ecosystem and branding performance.
• Data-driven growth hacker with entrepreneurial mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
