📋 Description

• Own the pipeline target and build the growth machine to hit it
• Own strategy, budget, channel mix and creative testing across paid channels (Meta, Google
• Own postscript.io as a product: conversion, testing and new experiences
• Own distribution: email, SMS, community, partners and experiential
• Conceive, build and ship AI-powered marketing experiences (e.g., 'Get an AI audit of your SMS
• Drive high-velocity experiment cadence (per week, not quarter) with clean measurement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading teams in marketing, growth or engineering, or as a founder
• Deep performance marketing and paid media experience at scale
• Quantitative fluency: own analysis; know attribution and incrementality cold
• AI-native: use AI tools daily and have built/shipped with them
• Track record of high-velocity experimentation that moved pipeline or revenue
• Builder's bias for action: prefer to ship prototypes over debating strategy
