• A track record as an operator who owned a growth number at a fast-growing technology company
• A real understanding of the high-net-worth market and how to sell to it
• AI-native: you use AI tools daily and build them into how your team works
• Experience building and running lean, high-output teams
• Fluency in modern analytics tools and dashboards, and the habit of running the business from them
• Low ego and willingness to write specs and own execution

• Base salary of $225,000 to $300,000 depending on experience
