🎯 Requirements

15+ years driving user acquisition under CAC/ROAS targets
5+ years leading teams with measurable goals
Deep knowledge of paid media and performance channels (Facebook, TikTok, Google)
Mastery of A/B testing, MVT, incrementality testing
Strategic thinker who mobilizes teams and priorities
Self-starter with move-fast bias in a fast-paced environment
Define marketing KPIs and drivers from first principles
Fintech or D2C experience; SQL proficiency is a bonus
