📋 Description

• Design, implement, and improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and translate into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working for consistency across regions: NA, Europe, APAC, LatAm.
• AI Automation & Tooling: automate manual processes with AI tools.
• Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to boost productivity and execution speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting or related fast-paced orgs.
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and automation.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and performance measurement.
• Hands-on mindset; move quickly from strategy to execution.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable); English proficiency.
