📋 Description

• Own the healthcare portfolio: Build and execute GTM strategy across pharmacy, PT, vet, and adjacent
• Scale distribution through partnerships: Negotiate national deals with key organizations, activate
• Build a campus ambassador network: Recruit, train, and manage high-performing students across
• Talk to members directly: Talk to students directly throughout the cycle: calls, email, DMs, and
• Be the expert students trust: Become fluent in graduate borrowing (federal vs. private, rates
• Drive cross-functional initiatives: Partner with product, collaborate with CX/client happiness

🎯 Requirements

• Background: Typically 3-5+ years, or an outlier track record (e.g., scaled a campus network, ran
• Preference for experience in professional services, management consulting, investment banking, or
• Preference for an owner-operator who has owned a number in growth, BD, marketplaces, fintech
• Ownership of a number, end to end: Carry the healthcare portfolio's funded-loan target and
• Bias to action: Ship experiments frequently, instrument attribution, and close loops with lender
• Fluency with your own data: Find where students stall between rate offer and submitted application
