📋 Description

• Lead GTM Engineering architecture and AI roadmap for scalable systems.
• Own GTM tech stack: Salesforce, CPQ, enrichment, engagement, and integrations.
• Build durable quoting and lead-to-revenue architecture from scratch.
• Develop agentic AI workflows for GTM teams (research, deal intel, hygiene).
• Build and scale the GTM Engineering team; define hiring standards and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in GTM Engineering, RevenueOps, or Sales Ops at B2B.
• 5+ years of people management.
• Deep Salesforce data model, automation, integrations, governance; CLI/MCP.
• Proven sales rep productivity gains measured in dollars.
• Built or rebuilt CPQ/quoting workflows at meaningful scale.
• Led a team and set technical direction.
• Track record of automation that sales reps actually use.
