📋 Description

• Lead the full global HR function across all business units
• Partner with Founder and leadership to translate business strategy into org strategy
• Design operating models and talent strategies to support global expansion
• Drive global hiring strategy and leadership capability building
• Establish robust and scalable HR governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
• Enable alignment of HR practices with local regulatory requirements and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior HR leader in high-growth, global organizations
• Strong track record partnering with founders or senior executives
• Experience across HRBP, TA, OD, C&B, and HR operations
• Deep understanding of global expansion, compliance, and regulated environments
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale organizations in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese for multicultural stakeholder management
