🎯 Requirements

15+ years of strategic HR experience in tech, consumer, or logistics.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Influence Senior Director and VP-level leaders on macro talent strategies.
Hands-on workforce planning and organizational redesign experience.
Experience managing high-risk employee relations, investigations, and performance.
Formal management experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
