🎯 Requirements

15+ years of strategic HR experience in tech, logistics, or hardware.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience advising Senior Director/VP leaders on macro talent strategies.
Hands-on workforce planning and organizational redesign experience.
Experience managing high-risk employee relations cases and investigations.
Management experience in a high-growth, fast-paced HR environment with strategic and execution work.
