Advises senior leaders, shaping talent risk, capability, and external market perspective.
Oversees HR governance and operational excellence for the US.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years progressive HR experience, exec-level preferred.
Asset management experience highly preferred.
Experience with global/matrix organizations.
Bachelor's degree; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP desirable; strong commercial acumen.
