Head of Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Design, build, operate, and continuously improve production infrastructure across AWS and GCP
• Own production Kubernetes environments across both cloud providers
• Develop, maintain, review, and deploy production-grade Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi or
• Implement and maintain infrastructure controls aligned with HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, or equivalent
• Build and evolve comprehensive observability capabilities covering metrics, logs, traces
• Own production incidents from detection and troubleshooting through resolution, root-cause

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting production infrastructure in
• Deep hands-on experience running Kubernetes in production
• Strong practical experience with both AWS and GCP
• Proven production experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Pulumi and/or Terraform
• Strong experience building monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing, and incident-response systems
• Understanding of infrastructure security controls, compliance requirements, audit readiness
