• Collaborate with product ops, procurement and design to define hardware needs.
• Oversee day-to-day infra ops team; resolve incidents, problems, and requests.
• Establish and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for uptime.
• Develop and monitor SLAs; use data-driven metrics to improve efficiency.
• Drive innovation; evaluate new tech to optimize maintenance and costs.
• Manage hardware vendors and service providers; renew contracts.
• Develop and oversee infra ops budget; optimize resources and costs.
• Lead and inspire infra ops engineers; foster collaboration and improvement.
• Set performance goals; conduct reviews and support career growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level ops mgmt exp; head infra ops preferred.
• Deep data center infra knowledge: servers, networks, cloud, power.
• Strong ITIL principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and people mgmt; build high-performing teams.
• Analytical, problem-solving; data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication; collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
