🎯 Requirements

At least 10 years in insurance law or social protection law
Fluency in French and professional English
Experience negotiating or litigating complex health and disability insurance deals
Strong knowledge of ACPR guidelines, distribution rules, and related regulations
Bonus: international market experience and regulatory authority exposure
