  • 10+ years in partnerships, brand, and consumer marketing leadership.
  • Proven track record leading brand in a B2B2C or multi-audience context.
  • Experience managing brand partnerships in regulated environments (government/fintech).
  • Strong creative direction: brief agencies, provide sharp feedback, and maintain high standards.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity; build foundational systems rather than inheriting a mature playbook.
  • Passion for digital equity and accessible identity verification.
