Head of Intergovernmental & Regulatory Affairs - EU & UK

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a global government relations strategy aligned to the company's business
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government agencies, legislative bodies, and
• Monitor, analyse, and interpret regulatory and legislative developments (including MiCA, DORA, FSMA
• Represent the company in regulatory consultations, policy roundtables, and industry working groups
• Develop the company's policy positions and draft regulatory submissions, consultation responses
• Partner with the wider Legal team as well as colleagues from Compliance, Product, Communications

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs — ideally
• Deep understanding of the global crypto and digital assets regulatory landscape
• Existing relationships with regulators or government officials in EEA and UK
• Experience engaging directly with regulators — whether from industry, government, or a regulatory
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex regulatory concepts
• Strategic thinker who can operate at both a policy level and a practical, execution-oriented level
