Head of Internal Audit

📋 Description

• Own and mature the SOX/ICFR framework and testing plan.
• Lead SOC 1, SOC 2, and CCSS audits across teams.
• Manage co-sourced audit resources globally for quality/timelines.
• Coordinate with external auditors on scope and timing.
• Report audit findings and remediation status to leadership.
• Develop a risk-based annual internal audit plan and adapt to changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of internal audit or public accounting with leadership.
• Deep SOX/ICFR expertise including scoping, design, testing, deficiencies.
• Hands-on SOC 1 and SOC 2 readiness and examination management.
• Experience in regulated financial services entities and regulatory landscape.
• Ability to manage third-party audit providers and scoping engagements.
• Strong executive presence to present findings to Boards and C-suite.
