📋 Description

• Shape Plaid's long-term equity narrative anchored on growth and profitability.
• Lead investor materials: overviews, decks, roadshows.
• Build investor engagement with private/public investors and analysts.
• Drive regulatory-ready investor communications for IPO readiness.
• Define guidance philosophy and cadence; GAAP vs non-GAAP framing.
• Implement IR tooling, dashboards, and automation to scale reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IR, equity research, IB, PE, or strategic finance.
• Deep fluency in ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, gross margin, FCF.
• Experience with private and public market investors and sell-side analysts.
• Autonomous operator as analyst, storyteller, PM, and spokesperson.
• Proven ability to communicate regulatory topics to investors in regulated industries.
• Creative thinker; challenges standard IR playbooks.
• Track record implementing automation, AI, or CRM tooling.
• Executive presence and strong written, verbal, visual communication.
