Head of Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day investor relations, serving as the key point of contact for existing and prospective
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, understanding
• Prepare regular investor updates and communications that clearly and consistently represent
• Prepare board materials and capitalisation reporting in partnership with finance and legal
• Own management of the capitalisation table and equity-related processes, working closely with
• Maintain investor-facing governance records and disclosures in line with Board and regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or a closely related field
• Direct experience managing investor relationships and a regular communications cadence.
• Experience preparing board materials, investor updates, and capitalisation reporting.
• Familiarity with cap-table management and investor-relations tooling.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with excellent written communication for
• Experience supporting equity fundraising rounds — pitch decks, investment memos, and diligence
