Head of Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Owns the quarterly earnings cycle: script development, Q&A prep, press release, investor deck
• Ensures consistency across GAAP/non-GAAP disclosures, guidance methodology, and management
• Partners with FP&A and Accounting to reconcile IR materials to underlying financials
• Partners with Legal on Reg FD compliance and coordinates investor-facing content around
• Maintains the IR content calendar
• Serves as primary point of contact for sell-side coverage and shareholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of FP&A or investment related experience
• Expert in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement
• Sharp analytical thinker with strong business acumen
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development competencies
