Head of Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Own the quarterly earnings cycle: script development, Q&A prep, press release, investor deck
• Ensure consistency across GAAP/non-GAAP disclosures, guidance methodology, and management commentary
• Partner with FP&A and Accounting so all IR materials reconcile to underlying financials
• Build and maintain the beat and raise model
• Partner with Legal on Reg FD compliance and coordinate investor-facing content around 8-K/10-Q/10-K
• Maintain the IR content calendar to keep earnings, conferences, and ad hoc communications aligned

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of FP&A or investment related experience
• Expert in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement
• Sharp analytical thinker with strong business acumen
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development competencies
