Head of Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Build investor and analyst relationships: Establish a thoughtful engagement program with current
• Manage investor communications: Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor
• Support disclosure and governance processes: Work with Legal and Finance to support accurate
• Deliver market intelligence: Monitor investor feedback, analyst perspectives, valuation trends
• Coordinate cross-functional IR activities: Build strong working relationships across Finance
• Establish the IR function: Develop the calendar, processes, materials and internal controls needed

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work within or advising a publicly
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital
• Proven ability to clearly articulate complex business models, strategic initiatives, and financial
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suited for senior leadership, board-level
• Sound judgment and strict discretion when handling Material Nonpublic Information (MNPI) and
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across
